Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle

If you are not ready for a round of guilt for your stomach, you can choose to omit this from your eating list but you may just regret it for the rest of your life.

After years of eating Pork Noodles at coffee shops all around Singapore, I was not a stranger to the blend of vinegar and chili had to offer for my taste buds. After heading to the destination, the first impression of the coffee shop bought me back to the 1970s. The area was still preserved in it's original state (for as long as I have been alive anyway). The queue was enough to deter the faint hearted. The boss only cooks one bowl of noodle at a time. Hence, the long queue.

They strongly emphasize on their uniqueness and there any other stalls would be a fake. After 10 minutes (guess we were quite lucky), I managed to land myself one of the best pork noodles in the world. The soup was really sweet and the seaweed in the soup gave a smoother texture to what it had already offered.
The blend of vinegar and chili jerked my taste buds back to life. I would encourage everyone to mix it really well at every time you eat the noodles. A dip of sauce left untouched is a flavor left untasted. The pork liver was nicely cooked as well.
